OYCF 1999 Winter Gathering Zili
ZHUANG On December 24-26, 1999, thirty two OYCF members and friends gathered in Killington, Vermont for a relaxing ski trip. The trip was both enjoyable and memorable. On Christmas Eve, December 24, trip participants had a Christmas party at one of the condos we rented. At the party, we saw both familiar and new faces. Trip participants played a gift exchange game through which people exchanged Christmas gifts and also got to know each other. Laughters and smiles filled the entire condo. On Christmas Day and the day after, December 25 and 26, trip participants skiied in several sub-groups. Some participants were beginners and they took lessons together. More advanced skiers travelled throughout the mountains in skies and snowboards. They all enjoyed the sport. Afterwards, many participants told us that the trip was one of the best ski trips they have ever been to. We are happy to have organized such an enjoyable event, and would certainly invite all of you back next year. Happy holidays! |
