He has advised the Chinese and HKSAR governments on a wide range of policy issues, as well as written extensively on China, Asia-Pacific economies and financial markets. Mr. Hu holds an MS in engineering science from Tsinghua University, as well as an MA and a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University. Integration of Hong Kong and The Pearl River Delta Dr. Zhu Wenhui
is a research fellow of the China Business Center of the Hong Kong Polytechnic
University. He is a frequent commentator in the Phoenix Star TV's programs
