OYCF Teaching Fellowship Program in Academic Year 2005-2006
In the academic year 2005-2006, the OYCF Teaching Program granted 10 fellowship awards, including 5 OYCF-Ford fellowships in the amount of $2,250 each and 5 OYCF-Gregory C. and Paula K. Chow fellowships in the amount of $2,000.
We received twenty-five high quality applications, and the applicants include Ph.D. students, established scholars and accomplished professionals. Thanks to fourteen anonymous referees’ careful review and evaluation, ten teaching fellowships were awarded. Among them, five teaching fellows have finished their teaching and submitted teaching reports by June 2006. The following is the list of accomplished teaching trips in this academic year’s program:
